Interprétation :
Le score Fibrosis-4, ou FIB4 peut correctement identifier les malades avec une fibrose sévère (F3-F4). Un FIB4 ≤ 1,45 a une valeur prédictive négative de 93,7% et un FIB4 > 4 a une valeur prédictive positive de 66%
